Edit: Well 6 years later, like the other racial buffs The Human Spirit has been converted into a stat that any class can draw some use from.

Nothing is sacred, not even our spirit!
This talent alone is what makes the Human race arguably the best choice for an end-game raiding Priest *with current itemization*. This seems to be possibly changing come TBC and was also not so much the case in early release, but for the time being this racial's only real benefit is to the human priest.
Mages more so than warlocks also benefit from spirit, paladins as well, and rogues/warriors only for out of combat health regen, but the marginal emphasis those classes have on the Spirit stat makes this racial less appealing to any class other than priest.
