Your relative time has increased by 30%, increasing casting, movement, and attack speed by 30% as well as decreasing cooldowns by 30% and Periodic Effects occur 30% faster.

Receiving Fire damage removes this effect.

How it works

Time Dilation is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 69. Its base value is 0.0001.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 399. Its base value is 30.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 31. Its base value is 50.

Time Dilation is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, an unlimited range and effects that last 10 sec. When cast it applies an aura.
