Transmute: Skins to Herbs

This is one of the new Transmutations that Alchemists will be able to perform in Legion. Each of the basic transmutations (listed in the first section below) has a chance to yield a transmutagen (either [item=137597], [item=137596] or [item=137595]).
These transmutagens, in turn, can be used for more lucrative transmutes (the ones listed at the end of this comment).

All 10 transmutation spells are discoveries, which are specifically related to the spell [item=141323]. The recipe for this, [item=128209], is available from [npc=92457] after completing the Return the Filter in the Alchemy profession quest line.

[item=141323] can be only performed once a day, and is on a separate cooldown from the other 10 Legion transmutations. It will reward random crafting materials - herbs, enchanting reagents, cloth, ore, etc. and a chance to learn one of the 10 transmutation spells. In addition, it will sometimes produce some transmutagens.
