Tooltip
The caster periodically creates a zone of Volatile Magma at the location of a nearby player, inflicing Fire damage to all players of the impact.
After 2 seconds, the zone becomes so Volatile that it will explode if any creature comes in contact with it, inflicting Fire damage to all of the caster's enemies.
If a player triggers this explosion they will take 50% more damage from further explosions. If a creature triggers this explosion then all of the caster's enemies are affected in this manner.
How it works
Spells that share its cooldown category wait 10 sec after it is cast. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Volatile Magma is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 sec, 3 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers spell id 164772.
- Effect 2 is effect type 77, which the datamine does not name.
What it does
Volatile Magma is a spell with a 1 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 15 sec cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
