As of 7.2.5 this spell is currently completely broken and/or removed from the game, and the only spell that is still functioning is regular Zen Pilgrimage to take you to the peak. If you cast it again, it just takes you back to the Peak of Serenity!
I believe it's the same spell as the teleport one but just with a different name
