Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.
This is a partial outfit - it fills 7 armor slots, so a full look needs 1 more slot from elsewhere. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.
Slot and binding read from the current retail build’s item records for this set’s own pieces.

2 of this set's 9 pieces drop from 2 encounters in Serpentshrine Cavern. The rest come from vendors, quests, crafting or world drops, which the dungeon journal does not record.
Drop chances are not stored in the client data we mine, so none are shown here.
5 pieces of Corruptor Raiment are sold by vendors. The game's own collection data lists 1 place where they are sold.

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
