Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.

Where to Farm This Set
4 bosses in Baradin Hold, Blackwing Descent and The Bastion of Twilight drop pieces of this set. Each instance below carries its Adventure Guide entry, where its entrance is, and what each boss drops.
Following the Second War, the ruined fortress of Baradin Hold on the remote island of Tol Barad was converted into a prison for some of the most dangerous forces on Azeroth. Yet with the devastation wrought by the Cataclysm, the prison's integrity has been compromised. Now as the Horde and Alliance vie for supremacy on the island, the liberation of its forgotten horrors may be at hand.
The entrance is in Tol Barad at 47.7, 53.1 (/way #244 47.7 53.1).
Baradin Hold entrance
Argaloth drops 2 pieces of this set (Hands, Legs) on Normal, Heroic, 10 Player, 25 Player, 10 Player (Heroic) and 25 Player (Heroic). Adventure Guide map pin: 80.4, 63.5 on the Baradin Hold map. Unable to contain the massive pit lord Argaloth in the cells of Dalaran's mighty Violet Hold, the magi of the Kirin Tor were left with no choice but to confine the powerful demon beneath Tol Barad.
Nefarian and his warped attempts to create a new breed of dragon were thought to be defeated after his death in Blackwing Lair. Yet tales have emerged that his father, Deathwing, has reanimated Nefarian and set him to work in Blackwing Descent. The gruesome experiments being conducted there are feared to be on a level of wickedness far surpassing Nefarian's previous crimes against nature.
The entrance is in Blackrock Mountain at 59.5, 45.9 (/way #33 59.5 45.9).
Blackwing Descent entrance
Magmaw drops 1 piece of this set (Legs) on Normal, Heroic, 10 Player and 25 Player. Adventure Guide map pin: 27.5, 57.5 on the Blackwing Descent map. Magmaw is a colossal lava worm summoned from the Firelands centuries ago by Ragnaros' Dark Iron servitors. Nefarian largely considers Magmaw a worrisome pest, but has grown fond of feeding the beast his failed experiments... and servants.
Maloriak drops 1 piece of this set (Waist) on Normal, Heroic, 10 Player and 25 Player. Adventure Guide map pin: 71.5, 70.2 on the Blackwing Descent map. The human Malory was a bright young alchemist until he was kidnapped by Nefarian and fused with the corpse of a dragonspawn. The result-Maloriak-is a bumbling minion who possesses only a dull glimmer of his former intelligence.
The Bastion of Twilight stands as a dark symbol of the Old Gods' burgeoning power on Azeroth. Various branches of the Twilight's Hammer dwell deep beneath the towering form--considered the cult's foremost command center--along with their twisted leader, Cho'gall. There, he and his servants conspire to bring the Old Gods' apocalyptic visions to fruition by bleeding Azeroth of all sanity, hope, and life.
The entrance is in Loch Modan at 80.8, 22.4 (/way #48 80.8 22.4).
The Bastion of Twilight entrance
Cho'gall drops 1 piece of this set (Hands) on Normal, Heroic, 10 Player and 25 Player. Adventure Guide map pin: 73.5, 75.4 on the The Bastion of Twilight map. Under Cho'gall's control, the orcish Twilight's Hammer clan was transformed into a murderous cult obsessed with the Old Gods and their herald, Deathwing. Extended contact with his dark master has hideously warped both Cho'gall's mind and body.

Versions and Companion Sets
The game links 1 other version to Shadowflame Regalia, each labelled the way the collection journal labels it. This page is the Normal version.
4 pieces of Shadowflame Regalia can be listed on the Auction House (they do not bind on pickup); 4 have a listing on US connected realms in our latest scan.
Lowest listed price on any US connected realm in our recorded Auction House scan, per piece; transmog gear is priced per realm, so the realm named is where that price was seen.
The game data carries 2 separate set records under the name Shadowflame Regalia - one per class or armor weight, plus the per-slot recolours the appearance was built from. This page is the one we index for the name; the others are listed here so nothing is lost.
