Of its 11 pieces, 6 are sold by vendors, 3 drop from bosses and 2 are made by professions. Every piece is Cloth armor. Wearing them requires level 32. The set was added in patch 4.3.0.
Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.
What This Set Covers

Where These Pieces Drop

The pin is the vendor position the game data records in Stormwind City.

Where to Farm This Set
2 bosses in Baradin Hold and Dragon Soul drop pieces of this set. Each instance below carries its Adventure Guide entry, where its entrance is, and what each boss drops.
Following the Second War, the ruined fortress of Baradin Hold on the remote island of Tol Barad was converted into a prison for some of the most dangerous forces on Azeroth. Yet with the devastation wrought by the Cataclysm, the prison's integrity has been compromised. Now as the Horde and Alliance vie for supremacy on the island, the liberation of its forgotten horrors may be at hand.
The entrance is in Tol Barad at 47.7, 53.1 (/way #244 47.7 53.1).
Baradin Hold entrance
Alizabal, Mistress of Hate drops 2 pieces of this set (Hands, Legs). Adventure Guide map pin: 47.9, 18.0 on the Baradin Hold map. The Kirin Tor imprisoned Alizabal in their formidable Violet Hold not long after corrupt magi summoned the shivarra into Azeroth. Despite arcane wards restricting her powers, the demon's malicious influence alone caused her guards to murder one another in sudden fits of rage. Her transfer to Baradin Hold prior to the Cataclysm has only aggravated the ruined prison's increasingly dire conditions.
Forged by Deathwing during the War of the Ancients, the Dragon Soul harnessed the combined power of the dragonflights until it was ultimately destroyed. Through the Caverns of Time, Thrall and the remaining dragonflights were able to recover the powerful artifact before its destruction. Now they have rallied at Wyrmrest Temple in a desperate attempt to use the might of the Dragon Soul against Deathwing himself.
The entrance is in Caverns of Time at 31.5, 41.5 (/way #74 31.5 41.5).
Dragon Soul entrance
Warlord Zon'ozz drops 1 piece of this set (Waist) on Normal, Heroic, 10 Player and 25 Player. Adventure Guide map pin: 51.0, 53.0 on the Dragon Soul map. Countless ages ago, Warlord Zon'ozz and his soldiers waged endless war against the forces of C'Thun and Yogg-Saron. Millennia have passed, but the warlord still serves the chaotic might of the Old God N'Zoth. Deathwing has now unleashed this legendary faceless one to crush the defenders of Wyrmrest Temple.
Set Bonus
5 pieces of this appearance set also belong to the item set Time Lord's Regalia, which carries these bonuses in the game files:
2 pieces: When Arcane Power, Combustion, or Icy Veins expires, all stacks of Stolen Time are lost.
4 pieces: Each stack of Stolen Time also reduces the base cooldown of Arcane Power, Combustion, and Icy Veins by 5%.
Versions and Companion Sets
The game links 2 other versions to Time Lord's Regalia, each labelled the way the collection journal labels it. This page is the Normal version.
4 pieces of Time Lord's Regalia can be listed on the Auction House (they do not bind on pickup); 4 have a listing on US connected realms in our latest scan.
Lowest listed price on any US connected realm in our recorded Auction House scan, per piece; transmog gear is priced per realm, so the realm named is where that price was seen.

The game data carries 3 separate set records under the name Time Lord's Regalia - one per class or armor weight, plus the per-slot recolours the appearance was built from. This page is the one we index for the name; the others are listed here so nothing is lost.
