This World Quest in this achievement requires you talk to the NPC 'Burly Deckhand" and then collect crates as he follows you.
The Horde version of this World Quest has them talk to their NPC "Extra Buff Peon" to do the same.
Just obtained this myself, and from what I can tell, you must simply kill a Horde player's NPC without your own NPC dying whilst in War Mode. The NPC has around 123k health.
You can solo this archivement if you have an alliance and horde char.
Turn wm on, park both chars at the same location. Loot a crate so your npc becomes targetable, Alt+F4, login into your other char and kill the npc - done!
