These aren't showing on the map as a world quest, but there is one up per day which keeps respawning. If you go there and kill it, it counts for the achievement - you don't need a world quest.
Just go to the coordinates of the boss which is up that day and kill it.

TLDR: For the achiev just tag the bosses whenever you want, no prerequisite, other than getting there.

There were no quests, no world marks, yet I still got the kill credit for the respective achiev, including the lesser Bronze cache reward, and the normal loot.
Shortly after decided to also try Apocron for Broken Shore World Bosses: no loot whatsoever, but kill credit/achiev/bronze cache were awarded.Can anyone else confirm? Will try to update tomorrow as well.See this comment.

Today is Wednesday, 1 day after the patch. I saw someone complete this Achievement, today, in Legion Remix.
Interesting, since I took a screenshot of the person that got the achievement, I checked 'em out and they no longer have the achievement.
