Dustwallow Marsh Quests

I did Theramore's Fall on most of my toons but did not have Dustwallow Marsh Quests. This may be obvious, but Theramore is the only area affected by completing the scenario. Quests in the zone are still available. I tried to finish a 15/60 standing achiev, but there were not enough quests and 2 required completion in Theramore. Starting on a toon with 0/60 quests, I am now 10/60 (quest log has 6 quests attained in the city leading to the outside). So, 16 quests are from the Theramore hub.

After some browsing, I found out [npc=31848] is in Dw Marsh. According to some comments on her page, she will give the option to return to pre-destroyed Theramore for the completion of quests, etc. I went to find her, and she requires MoP to speak to.

Came here after being directed from the Southern Barrens. Started with 5/60, currently stuck on 59/60.

EDIT: Missed the defias questline starting at Sentry Point, to the northwest of Theramore.

Talk to Zidormi outside of theramore. She's standing at 55.9, 49.5 in the marsh. Currently wowhead does not have a link to this NPC other than her previous state in Dalaran. This NPC will unphase you so you can do all those quests.

Also a mage's portal to Theramore still works while phased but the boat does not.
