Azshara Quests

I have found a total of about 115 quests in Azshara. I know because the counter keeps going after you finish the achievement of the first 100. Here is a step by step path of Azshara, good for Loremasters and lowbies just leveling up. This contains minor spoilers.

You start by entering from the Northern Orgrimmar Gate. There you will do some quests to kill nightelves and pilot a rogue shredder. Keep in mind that you will need to loot a quest starting item off of the Scouts here to continue.

You will then be sent north to the Orgrimmar Rocket Exchange. These quests will send you into the quarry to rescue stonified workers and take out some more night elves. After that you will be sent to Lake Mereldar to the east, to find some artifacts and survey the area, and eventually perform an exorcism on a possesed Siege Engine.

Next you are sent north to an unmarked camp to scout the Ruins of Eldarath, careful of the mine field! Don't worry, you get to come back to the Ruins proper much later to finish off the naga threat.

Now, head back to Rocket Exchange, and take it to the Southern Rocketway Terminus, where you are tasked to deal with the catastophic failure of the secret lab and take out some naga and even some gnomes. You also follow a quest that finds out the origins of the mineral Azsharite. This part probably has the largest amount of quests.

Once you're done with all that you are sent to Bilgewater Habor where the quests split off in two sections.

The first section you can follow involves you being rocketed away to the Shattered Strand to get in the heart of the naga battle. This chain starts from the Wrenchmen Recruitment Poster in the inn of Bilgewater Harbor. Eventually you will be sent into the Ruins again to finish off what you started, and end up back in the Habor.

The other path you can follow involves talking to Kalec (by talking to Teemo first), who sends you on an epic quest to find Azuregos. First he will send you to locate a murloc on the southern coast of the north peninsula. Don't worry, he gives you the ability to water walk for 5 mins.

The murloc will make you do a series of quests along the coast and eventually send you up to the Northern Rocket Exchange where you will deal with some night elven mages and disrupt a treaty between the alliance and the furbolgs.

Now you are sent to a camp where you meet Archmage Xylem. Do the quests that his apprentices give you, and afterwords you will be sent to his "trial" island. Here you will do 4 trials (Arcane first, then fire, frost and shadow). Note that you can get an additional 3 achievements here. Once the trials are complete the Archmage will send you to his tower, where you will finally learn what happened to Azuregos.

You are then told to meet him and Kalec at the Northern Rocketway Terminus, so take a nearby rocket there. Here you will subdue the Black Dragonflight threat and get sent back to the harbor to obtain your Wizards hat.

Once I completed both paths that I mentioned above, I was given a quest by the Horde Flight master in the harbor to fly into Valormok where you finish off the final night elf threat and are finally sent into Ashenvale.

I'm certain this post will be downrated beyond belief, however, I find it ironic that Azshara, which at one point was famous for being "the most barren place in the entire game" (TM) with only a handful of quests, now has the most quests of the old world. That said, feel free to drop this to -50.
