If you purshased the WoW's Next expansion The War Within (Heroic), use your Algarian Stormrider . If you use [spell=418592] properly, every race will be super easy to complete in gold timing, even if you screw up in some point, you will still complete every race with a lot of seconds of advantage.
NOTE: There's specific races that you can't use the mount, but you can use it in most of them.
