FLAWLESS VICTORY = The Scoring System is what will determine your progression in Torghast, as you will need to reach a minimum score to unlock the next higher layer. Upon defeating the Floor 5 boss in your Torghast run, the Score UI will appear to show how well you performed. And you have to note that Your scores now determine whether you can graduate to the next higher Layer in Torghast. Simply defeating the end boss is no longer enough to advance. So if you are one of those sly rogues or druids (ie me :P) or hunters who just run to last boss and rush it up is not gonna work .

Annihilator =Floor 5 boss killed in under 20 seconds =20
Collector =Collect at least 30 Anima Powers =10
Daredevil =Defeat 2 Elites within 10 seconds of each other =10
Executioner =Floor 5 boss killed in under 40 seconds =10
Highlander =No duplicate Anima Powers =15
Hoarder =Defeat the floor 5 boss with at least 500 Phantasma remaining
(Note: Phantasma required will scale up per member of your party!) =10
Hunter =No elite enemies reached 4 stacks of Unnatural Power =15
Pauper =No epic Anima Powers =10
Pillager =90% of Ashen Phylacteries destroyed =5
Plunderer =Opened treasure chests =5
Reinforced =Collect at least 5 Obleron Armaments of the same type =10
Rescuer =Assisted a denizen of Torghast =10
Robber =Robbed a Broker (Requires Shoplifter blessing active OR usage of a Ravenous Anima Cell)= 5
Savior =All Soul Remnants freed =10
Trapmaster =No trap damage taken = 10
Then there is points for whatever % u cleared the floors 100% = 100 points
Bonus Points gained from actions while Empowered

I don't know about YOU... But for ME - this was the absolute hardest one to get... I tried to follow the list above, trying to search and do everything and STILL would come up lacking... I have yet to get a FLAWLESS run on this Torghast Dungeon... I have no idea what I'm missing. I know I'm not getting hit by any traps, not dying...

So just be aware that this one will (might / maybe) give you some trouble completing both the FLAWLESS Victory for the run and for the Master Achievement Layer 12 (I'm doing all the 12s first before I go back and do all the 16s).

EDIT: FINALLY got it. Soulforges is a nightmare trying to get a flawless run. The worst of it is probably the lava room where you have to jump across the rocks... So if you get that room - there are jars to the right on a lower ledge you can easily reach. But on the left - you will see jars way up high that you CAN'T reach. I don't know how many times I tried jumping on the rocks trying to get a higher angle for them etc... Before I finally figured out - if you stand on the middle rock - you can maneuver your camera to an angle where you can 'target' one of the jars and then do a couple of shots or an AoE shot to take them all out. The rest of the run is just avoiding traps and such...

A note about 'traps' - certain traps (like the fire pillar that shoots out a bolt of fire or the one that shoots a blast of fire in one direction - I think there is a box power that makes traps not do damage because I tested whether or not I would take damage from them and I didn't. So be very careful with these - you might actually get hit and not even know it so try super hard to just to avoid them at all costs to be on the safe side).
