Something I have noticed about this achievement is that you need to have a full raid group to accomplish this meaning you can't 9man or 24man the boss, even though everyone in your raid gets hit by pillage and /dance you still won't get it. Not sure if anyone has talked to a gm about this one yet but I'm sure later on it will be fixed.

Have the entire raid dance with Subetai the Swift after being hit by Pillage.

Still as of 6.2 cannot be soloed.
Please note you don't need to finish the encounter to get the achievement.
Simply stack up the raid and wait for the pillage to hit. When everyone has the Pillaged debuff, target Subetai the Swift and type /dance./target Subetai the Swift
