Giving Back to Nature

As of 13/12/2022, note that the achievement grants only 10 fishes per stack of 20 fishes that you submit.

This is due to Blizzard not aligning the number of fishes granted towards achievement goal while submitting fish, with the actual amounts requested by NPC.
The reason lies in the fact that before 9/12/2022, only 10 fishes per submit where requested by NPC. This has been changed by Blizzard hotfix (read below), likely because the amounts of fishes sold at AH were too large, rending fish value really low for an extension launch.

"With the increase in fishing activity in the Dragon Isles, the Tuskarr at the watering holes are now looking for 20 fish (was 10) to restock their best fishing holes. They will be granting the following rewards:
200 Iskaara Tuskarr reputation for the first turn-in of Islefin Dorado.
100 Iskaara Tuskarr reputation for the first turn-in of each type of common fish.
5 Iskaara Tuskarr reputation for subsequent turn-ins of all fish."

Until this is fixed, this actually makes this achievement and subsequent ones (Giving More Back to Nature Giving Even More Back to Nature) twice harder to reach.

What's the point in restocking fish? Is it just for this achievement?
