This achievement requires you to follow a certain path through the handholds. I made a route to get all 7 objectives in 23 handholds. It requires the use of the Spiked Cleats ability to avoid losing grip on one of the slippery rocks.
If you want to find your own route then keep in mind that certain crystals cannot be reached. Certain rocks are dead ends. Slippery rocks cause you to lose grip which make you fall down.
