The fastest way to get this reputation to Exalted is to join a raid group, farm mobs near where the raid group is fighting, and gather fragments from the mobs, and at the same time picking up fragments from players who release their corpse. Turn these in for tons of rep. Also while your in this raid group, you should get Blue Racial Tokens that can also be turned in for tons of rep. I'd guess your looking at an all da one time grind if you do this method of farming.
An Ashran win will give you 2500 rep or 3000 if you have the 20% bonus from the Trading Post.
