While trying to complete the Glory of the Legion Hero achievement I found a way to complete this achievement solo at level 70.
While it's true that the [spell=202285] buff is lost when entering combat, you can pick up and keep the buff if you are already in combat. The kings themselves do not leash when leaving Odyn's hall which allows you to activate the kings one by one after throwing mead on them and making them fight. Any active king will follow you to the dining hall so you can pick up more mead.
This technique also works in a group provided everyone is in combat before picking up extra mead. Having more people may cut down on the number of times you need to run between the two halls, but it's achievable with just one person regardless.
- Clear first three bosses and dining hall before light bridge
- Take 1st mead
- Run to the 4 kings and throw mead on 1st king
- Activate second king and bring him over to 1st king
- 1st king should start fighting
- Once mead buff has worn off, talk to 1st king to activate
- Run back to dining hall with 2 kings in tow
- Take 2nd mead
- Run back to Odyns room and throw mead on 3rd king (use movement abilities as needed)
- Bring the 2 active kings to the 3rd king and get him to aggro
- Once mead buff wears off, talk to 3rd king to activate
- Run back to dining hall with 3 kings in tow
- Take 3rd mead
- Run back to Odyns room and stack all 4 kings on top of each other (use movement abilities as needed again)
- Throw mead on all 4 kings at once. They should drop aggro from you and fight each other until mead buff drops off.
You need to be in combat with the kings for several minutes so it's important you do no damage to them. Even a melee swing from a level 70 character will likely kill them. Ensure you have no damage reflection talents or items and try not to auto attack any king. After talking to each king them should aggro on you without needing to hit them.
As you will have the speed buff from killing the bosses the first mead throw should be easy to get in time. The second and third meads will require some movement abilities and could be a close time requirement. Talent into as many speed abilites as possible and you can even use potions or speed enchants to help out. While my first time doing this was with a druid (wild charge, dash, stampeding roar, cat form), I have also used the same technique on a death knight using only Death's Echo (2 charges of Death's Advance). You can save a bit more time by ordering the mead and kings to have the shortest travel distances when you don't have the speed buffs.
The above steps only use 3 meads, so there is a spare mead you can use to cover a mistake before needing to reset the whole dungeon.

Since nobody has any information on this yet, you cannot solo/2-man this. The mead debuff has to tag all 4 at the same time- no running back and forth. You cannot 3-man this either, since going into combat removes the mugs.
Guide with helpful links:
- After you've defeated [npc=94960], [npc=95833] and [npc=95674], clear out all the trash at the dining hallway.
- At least four party members now each need to pick up a [npc=102423]. This will give you a buff called [spell=202285].
- Now, with all four party members having a mug each, go to the four Valkyr kings: [npc=95843], [npc=97083], [npc=97084] and [npc=97081]. These kings reside in the same room as [npc=95676].
- Have each party member toss their [spell=202285] on the four kings.
Some tips:
- Put out markers on the mugs and assign your party members to one mug each and direct who will toss their mugs at what king.
- Make sure you're swift after you've picked the mugs up as they expire in just 1 minute. If you go straight to the kings after picking up the mugs, you'll have around 20 seconds left on your buff, so it's important not to lollygag or wander off.
- You can have the fifth party member pick up a mug and act as a backup, only tossing his if someone fails.
- You don't need to talk to or activate any of the kings before tossing your mug.
- It goes without saying that you need to be at least four people for this achievement.
- If you go into combat, the mug will be wasted.
