Right now, according to wowprogress, this is a harder achievement than Heroic: Glory of the Ulduar Raider or Algalon.
Only 22 guilds worldwide have this achievement, while 169 guilds have their heroic drakes and 288 guilds have killed Algalon on normal.
Useless info, but it made me chuckle nonetheless.
Requires all member of the raid to dodge Focused Eye Beam
