If paladin or mage is about to get hit by beam then it is useless to use bubble or ice block. You may absorb damage, but game still counts that you got hit and you won't get this achievement.
Also there is/was some strange bug with pets. 2 weeks in a row no player got hit by beam, but both times warlock pet did. We didn't get achievement. Last week we dismissed all our pets and did it nice and smoothly and finally got our 10 points.
Requires all member of the raid to dodge Focused Eye Beam
