It's Not A Cult

Moderate Solo for Level 70 Dragonflight, Easy Solo for Level 80 Worldsoul Saga and beyond...

1. Normal Difficulty.

2. Equip your Legendary Cloak: Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve

3. Begin fight

4. Proceed through the fight as normal: Taking out the first large add, a few tentacles, then going down into NZoth's mind after his shield breaks, do damage on boss, then, kill more tentacles, then head back up, all the while making sure you do not go insane by using the button provided during the fight.

5. Rinse & repeat until final phase.

6. Target the Harvester and let it attack you.

7. Once you receive the Gift of NZoth you will see the debuff on you.

8. Nuke NZoth.

9. ?

10. Profit. Achievement Completed.

For this achievement everyone in the group must get to 0 sanity to get the [spell=313334] and then defeat N'Zoth.

Once everyone is below 50 sanity, make sure no one soaks [spell=317066] so that everyone gets to 0 sanity and receives the [spell=313334]. From there use Timewarp and nuke the boss.

Update (January 26): As long as all players have received the [spell=313334], everyone in the group will get the achievement even if players died during the fight or at the end of it.
