This achievement appears to be bugged as I do not get credit for my Fishing Shack, even when it is level 3.

This achievement is still bugged, but should be fixed soon, according to the GM I spoke:
This achievement can sometimes not flag correctly if you did the mine in a different order, it should get automatically granted soon, in the meantime I've granted the progress as can see you had the mine there :)

@JulesPeace: Don't give up that easy. The first GM I spoke to told me that he couldn't help me. But I did not mark the issue as resolved and wrote another ticket about the same issue. The second GM fixed the achievement for me!
