Kissed by the Wind

Well if you look at the Criteria above, its for doing the quest, that awards Divine Kiss of Ohn'ahra mount

To get this achi you need to complete A Whispering Breeze quest. Achievement is rewarded when you turn in the quest.

In order to complete that quest you need to do several things, i recommend going to this link: A Whispering Breeze comment section and check the guide written by @arhqirah.

If you are having any problems even tho you met the critera written by @arhqirah, check these below whichs are written by @NSIWOW;

For anyone wondering why they cant pick up the quest from Godoloto, even if they are 25 renown,
- got all the items in their bags, and have completed the Lizi questline,
- you need to head to Khanam Matra Sarest, /way 60.04, 37.47 at the Maruukai,
- and complete the "Τhe Highest Honor",
- which is the last quest for hitting 25 renown.
After that, you can return to Godoloto and the quest will be there :)

It appears to be retroactive. If you completed the mount quest prior to the new content, upon logging in to 10.2, Kissed by the Wind completes the achievement.
