New achievement added in 4.2, along with Let's Do Lunch: Ironforge. Let's Do Lunch: Stormwind is the renamed Stormwind achievement, and with the other two award the meta A Bunch of Lunch.
[npc=4210] randomly offers one of the five quests each day, and while you're in town you might as well see [npc=4156] for your daily Darnassus fishing quest, to unlock Fish or Cut Bait: Darnassus (and subsequently, Gone Fishin').
Note: Each city's daily quests (Stormwind, Darnassus, and Ironforge) share availability. As in, you may only do one cooking daily and one fishing daily from any of the three cities, per day. Even accepting a quest from one city causes the other two "!" to disappear.

Complete each of the Darnassus cooking daily quests.

You can only complete (1) one Fishing daily and (1) one Cooking daily per day/reset.
So you can only do cooking and fishing quest reguardless of which of the three Cities (Ironforge, Darnassus, & Stormwind) you pick up.

Both the Lunch and Fishing dailies in Darnassus keep repeating the same quests over and over, skipping Happy as a Clam Digger (for the fishing) and skipping Spice Bread Aplenty (for the cooking).
I've been here over two weeks and have done all of the others multiple times, never to see either of the above-mentioned dailies come up. Famous Blizzard RNG?
I do like Darnassus - less crowded (ok, it's a ghost town); but with the Fly-up tellers and AH, it's pretty sweet! (AH on second floor is accessible while flying). Who would have thought that Night Elfs were so business-friendly to allow drive-thru's.
