You can only complete (1) one Fishing daily and (1) one Cooking daily per day/reset.
So you can only do one cooking and one fishing quest reguardless of which of the three Cities (Ironforge, Darnassus, & Stormwind) you pick up.
They all have Chef's Award rewards.Alliance Quest Hubs Below

New achievement added in 4.2, along with Fish or Cut Bait: Ironforge. Fish or Cut Bait: Stormwind is the renamed Stormwind achievement, and with the other two award the meta Gone Fishin'.
[npc=4156] randomly offers one of the five quests each day, and while you're in town you might as well see [npc=4210] for your daily Darnassus cooking quest, to unlock Let's Do Lunch: Darnassus (and subsequently, A Bunch of Lunch).
Note: Each city's daily quests (Stormwind, Darnassus, and Ironforge) share availability. As in, you may only do one cooking daily and one fishing daily from any of the three cities, per day. Even accepting a quest from one city causes the other two "!" to disappear.
It is still possible to complete Fish or Cut Bait: Darnassus post BFA, after Darnassus has been destroyed.
First, you must speak to [npc=141489] who is located in Darkshore at 48.86 24.46. Ask her, "Can you show me what Darkshore was like before the battle?"
Then, take the flight point at 51.71 17.64 and choose Darnassus as your destination. Alternately, you could fly there yourself if applicable.
From there, you can proceed to [npc=4156] at 49.1 60.95 and pick up the Daily as usual.
I hope this helps anyone who may be curious if this achievement was still obtainable.
Cheers all,
