In case people don't know, the buff now stays for 5 mins and the cd on the prism is 30 seconds so you can do all 50 buffs with only 2 people!

This achievement is totally bugged. If it's working as intended, I think Blizzard developers are really out of their mind.
First, you need Manufactured Love Prism, which costs 40 love tokens.

if you look at the description you might think you need ten other people to use the prism on you simultaneously. But the prism has been reworked, the CD has been reduced, the buff now stacks. Then you get problems:

1. Buffs from different people do not stack.
You need one and the same person to use all the fifty charges on you. You are not going to stop at ten stacks right? You need 50!

2. Phasing messes up with raid groups. We were initially camped in front of Stormwind but folks couldn't see each other.

3. We decided to move to garrison. Started using the prism on each other, I suggested that the raid leader, who has the achievement already, can be dismissed and we can move to my garrison. Big mistake. Upon entering my garrison we saw that the accumulated buff stacks were gone! Beats me why. We had to buy more prisms and restart the process again.

TL/DR: Find one other person, who needs the achievement They Really Love Me!. Use the Manufactured Love Prism on each other for 25 minutes. Enjoy your achievement and the toy.

Important tip: If your group is meeting in a Garrison you must make sure your leader does not leave the group or pass group lead to someone else. If that happens, everyone will get ported out of the Garrison and the poor schlub whose turn it was (i.e., me... grrr was at 43 stacks) will have to repeat the process.

Other than that, your best bet to find a group is the in-game LFG tool (but hurry, chances of finding a group once the holiday is over will extremely hard). You'll have to spend about 2 hours in a group getting this achievement done.

How to obtain a [item=116648].
If you're wondering how to get the [item=116648], you need 40x[item=49927]s. The quickest way to do this is by farming 190x[item=49655]s to create 19xLovely Charm Bracelets.

First, complete one of the following quests [quest=24635], [quest=24629], [quest=24636]. There should be plenty of people by the quest givers so that you can complete this immediately and receive 5x[item=49927].

Second, purchase a [item=49661] from [npc=38045]. You can then farm the 190x[item=49655]s you need to create the Lovely Charm Bracelets in about 10 minutes by going to Gorgrond to kill [npc=83523]s. There are two packs near 53,74 that insta-spawn after the opposite group is killed. Simply go back and forth between these two groups and you're done.

After you have farmed your [item=49655]s, complete each of the 4 capital city daily quests (1xLovely Charm Bracelet each).
