Master Draenor Crafter

It is obvious that if you craft ilvl 640 purple wearable gear, you will make progress towards earning the achievement.
But what about blue weapons, epic bags, DMF cards and so on? I felt it is unfair that they use the same amount of mats and still seemingly don't count towards the achievement. I have all the professions, I have the mats, and I decided to verify it.

DO NOT COUNT:
Hexweave Bag from tailoring. So sad.
Creeping Carpet from tailoring.
Blue weapons from blacksmithing like Steelforged Greataxe and from inscription like Etched-Blade Warstaff.
Using Steelforged Essence to upgrade a blue weapon from ilvl 630 to ilvl645 and epic quality.
Using Greater Steelforged Essence to upgrade a weapon from ilvl 645 to ilvl660.
Assembling DMF card decks like Visions Deck and making trinkets out of them although the trinkets are purple and have item level 640.
Looting Goredrenched Weaponry from the pile of finished work orders of the Dwarven Bunker.

DO COUNT:
Crafting gear upgrades like Hexweave Essence.
Epic rewards from follower missions like Grandiose Armament and other grandiose weapons and armor.

So if your professions are Enchanting and Alchemy, it looks like you are a bit screwed.
[item=118529] seems to be the only way

Unlike the other Garrison Monument achievements, credit for this and Mythic Draenor Raider do NOT appear to be shared across all characters. Thus, while my alts can contribute to Master of Apexis, my alts' crafted items don't count toward this, meaning each character would appear to have to craft 50 epic items (which seems excessive given the limit of 3 Warlords-crafted items) to place this monument.
