OKAY< here is the answer to the question you have:
The Harrison Jones daily quest is the same daily quest for everyone that has Harrison in their garrison for that day. What this means is that if you get invited by someone to visit their garrison to get the Harrison quest, and you've already completed that quest, you can't try and get a different one by getting another invite from another person, because everyone is going to have the same version of the daily quest.
You'll just have to wait till tomorrow to try and get the next one. And hope that blizz doesn't have the same one 2 times in a row (3 out of 4 days) like they just did :)
