As of Legion Pre-patch (7.0.3), ffxGlow no longer removes the drunk/blur effect.

It may now be possible to toggle blur/drunk effects with the fixedfunction CVar though this will likely cause a significant drop in framerate.The fixedfuncion CVar is enabled by default.

To return to normal, enable fixedfunction:

BEFORE YOU EVEN DRINK THE ELIXER, DISMISS YOUR BODYGUARD. Your bodyguard will fail your run by not following you correctly. Took me 10 times before I got wise to this.
Mounting up will greatly increase your chance to dodge the flying skulls.

Description
With the reagents found, you should seek out Grinning Tolg's camp in the nearby cave to brew the elixir. Once the elixir is consumed, you should be able to communicate with the ravagers there. With any luck, they should be able to bring you to Skulltaker. His mask should bring a hefty reward.
