if you are trying to get this achievement and are stuck on the Temple of the Red Crane, head to Zhu's watch and there is a quest there for you. I thought i got all of the quests but when i finished the lagoon and had no more quests i found out that i missed Into the Wilds given by [npc=57744]

If you're missing the lagoon and it's not Buried Hozen Treasure, chances are that instead you're missing Balance Without Violence, which auto-triggers if you get near the fish flopping on the beach.

You'll usually get both of them when doing Balance and walking on the beach to kill [npc=60299], but if you don't loot them (or don't pay attention to the loot), you'll overlook the first quest, and if you kill them from the water (or your raft) then you'll overlook the other.
