Not sure what caused it, but after looting the supplies I can't find [npc=58547]. I am right where he should be but it appears i am zoned out of the location for some reason.
Quest
Into the Wilds
A World of Warcraft quest in Krasarang Wilds. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

To unlock this quest you must complete all the other quests within Zhu's Watch (cleansing the citizens of the despair).
This appears to be a breadcrumb quest. If you have completed the quest after it, Unsafe Passage, you can no longer turn it in, but it doesn't look like it prevents zone loremaster completion.

What to do
Description
Deep in the wilds rests the Temple of the Red Crane, home of the great Chi-Ji and his most devout followers. I suspect they'll know something about what happened here. The temple is located on the southern coast of the wilds, where the Krasarang River meets the sea.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Life
My child is coming. I must help as I may. Stay nearby, hero. If my wife and child survive, I would have them look on the face of the one who saved them.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Unsafe Passage
As we say at the temple: "Never fight a tiger with a hozen on your back." We will deal with the sha, but first we must see to the more immediate... nuisance.
