Loremaster of Pandaria

This, along with the other Loremaster meta achievements, receives account wide progress. In other words, completing Mighty Roamin' Krasaranger on one character and One Steppe Forward, Two Steppes Back on another will both count towards this achievement.

Eowil's comment is incorrect, you'll get it even if you did it on more than one character. in addition, you can get the tabard on any character by talking to any tabard vendor.

How to make these achievements easier to complete:

1. Install BtWQuests (and addons for each expansion of WoW) and TomTom.
2. In Achievements select the achievement of the region in which you are completing quests, and click track achievement.
3. It will appear in your quest log under the minimap.
4. Search for the name of this achievement in the list of BtWQuests (for example, The Consortium from the Into the Nether achievement will be in the list of BtWQuests quest chains under the same name) and follow this principle for each achievement for each region.
5. When you click on the quest, TomTom will place a mark on the map.
