Mission Specialist

Garrison patrol missions are sometimes offered to you if you have a [building=26]. They have a spyglass next to the name, instead of crossed swords. To get credit for this and related achievements, you can't just complete the mission, the mission must be successful (i.e. you earn the mission reward).

Garrison treasure missions are unlocked with a [building=36]. They have a roll of bills next to the name, instead of crossed swords.

i have my patrol mission and never seen a treasure mission

Anyone else feel this Achievement is odd?

An achievement to get two achievements, each of which require you to do one thing? The first of the one things can be done with very little effort, and the second can only be done after many, many, many days and hours of work?

I can not see one ever not having done a patrol mission when they earn their first Treasure mission, so you'll be getting two achievements at once, where the real achievement is getting to the point where Treasure Missions are offered.
