Made flasks last night...I can confirm that the procs DO count towards the total. It is not the number of times you use the craft ability, but instead the number you actually end up creating.
WTB the equivalent to a Chef's hat, but for Alchemy... PST.
I think like a Book of Thoth as a off hand, would do nicely.
