Just completed this on my DH it took 10 laps of the arena with both speed buffs on from the food and the can. If you remove the npcs from group and just keep going round you wont be bothered by any enemies and free to do your laps.

Pretty easy achievement to get once you enter there will be a couple of food buffs that will make you run faster. Once you start just run around the who circle avoiding the enemy's without stopping until you get the achievement don't worry about the timer because it will not kick you out once the timer ends, It is just there for extra points if your trying to get a high score.
The achievement triggers *during* the match, so you can keep running until it goes off. You don't have to guess and hope you have enough when you leave.
