when you get the item [item=58491] from the mosh'ogg withdoctors or brutes located around misjah ruins [47 , 50] that you turn in at grom gol
when you return to bambala skeezy whillzap will give you a few more quests
funny that i was stuck on 47/50 quests and the item i needed for the extra quests was located at coord 47,50

i went waaaaaaaaay over 50 quests by 3-5 quests :P trick is, you gotta keep your lashtail hatchling out and start doing favored skull so yea same as the guy above "wargasmo" who was stuck at 39 (Same as me) and did the hatchling chain which lead to more than enough to get the achieve :) there arent much "Hidden" quests other than this one which is hard to figure out when your not using a guide. the favored skull quest starts at Bal'lal ruins where you could see a small pile of skeletons (Link: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26323#comments ), there where the hatchling grabs a skeleton and starts a quest :> good luck :D
