Part 1 - Intial dash
Move the raptor forward and talk to the big raptor in front of you. I tried several times to unsuccessfully run between the two guards and sprint. However, I had success when I jumped down on the right hand side from the steps, onto the platform bit next to it. From there I waited until the patrol went past and used dash to head to the next raptor.
Part 2 - Food stealing
I skirted around the right hand side to the next raptor, which requests food from a tent. The tent I selected was on the right hand side, second one along. I skirted round the wall and then in when the patrol weren’t nearby. On the return to the raptor, I had to wait a while for the patrol. Just be patient!
Part 3 - Tiki burning
Tiki 1 is dead easy. Don’t need to use dash, just press Light Tiki Fire as you go past it.
Tiki 2 is also easy, as soon as you have picked the burning twig up, hit dash.
Tiki 3 took me a few tries to get the hang of. run past the fire, then wait until the dash from tiki 2 has worn off. You want to stand as far away from the fire as you can with it still being in range. As soon as dash is off cool down, grab the twig, hit dash and leg it towards the final tiki mask. There isn’t much margin of error on this one.Part 4 - Skulls
Bridge 1 - wait for the patrol on right hand side to go. Run to skulls, pick one up. Wait for troll on bridge to get to the other side then deposit skull in middle of bridge and go back to the start of the bridge. Dash across when the troll falls off the bridge.
Bridge 2- Do the same again, but keep an eye out for the patrol on the other end of the bridge. I didn’t use dash to get across the bridge, instead I kept it for the other end and ran down the left hand side pressed against the wall.Part 5 - final sprint
You’ll see the final tiki mask. The fire for it is opposite. Wait for the patrol to move, grab the twig, burn the mask and then use sprint.Try not to cry at the end.

This quest is fun, but can be very frustrating. Fortunately, the various steps that lead to your escape have 'save points'.
You are told by the first raptor you see to 'speak to any raptors you see'. Each new raptor you talk to will teach you a new ability. You begin with the Dash skill, and have to make it outside the compound where you begin.
At the exit to the compound is a raptor that will teach you to Bite Through Nets. Since the Trolls use nets to capture you and send you back to the last point you were at, this is a useful ability.
The third raptor you encounter will teach you to pick up burning twigs to Light Tiki Fires, but first you have to sneak around and find a sleeping Troll and steal his lunch. Bring it back to your Raptor buddy and he'll teach you the new skill. Like a lit match, you have to make it to a Troll Tiki and set it on fire before your twig goes out. (Hint: You might find it useful to Dash to light a Tiki before your twig gets snuffed. They only stay lit for 5 seconds.)
The fourth raptor who helps you will teach you to Drop Skulls. Time to put all of those new skills to good use. There are pa-Trolls (sorry) that pace the bridges you need to cross to escape Zul Gurub. I wasted a lot of time using the Skulls to try to block the Troll as it chased me before learning that isn't how they work. They SCARE the Troll into leaping off the bridge. (Huh. Go figure.)
It's a matter of timing, timing, timing. There are the Trolls on each bridge to get past and trios of Trolls patting around between you and the exit. You're probably going to get several chances to practice this phase.
Near the exit, you'll need to burn one more Troll Tiki, only to find your way out blocked by a pair of Troll Bosses. Blah-blah-blah, and the quest is over. Still no Lashtail Raptor Hatchling pet. /sigh
Please note...at the end, after you set the last tiki on fire don't run out the portal. I know its tempting, but you'll just get sent back to do the bridge over again. I finally got annoyed and just ran right past the boss and stopped. After a few seconds there was alot of dialogue and I couldn't move the raptor anymore. Then after a minute of more dialogue I completed the quest.
