If you are going for this achievement, I would recomend clearing all trash (or at least trash around the barrels) to be assured of success ;) - getting hit while on a keg will destroy said keg and fail the achievement.
In case you haven't done this scenario before like myself, this achievement is done during the Stage 3 so don't waste your time running around searching before then. The dots on your minimap will show you where the kegs are. I suggest killing everything around the area just for peace of mind, since nothing appears to respawn.
