If you don't want to watch the video - go to the Seat of Knowledge (top area of Mogu'Shan Palace in Vale of Eternal Blossoms). As you walk in on the right are 3 pandas. Talk to them to queue for Scenarios, Heroic Scenarios, or LFR. You can solo queue any of them

Found this out the hard way when all I needed was Binan Village All-Star on my Horde Mage and achieved it on my Alliance Priest but did not get this one, not even after relogging and having the All-Star itself awarded cross-faction.
If for whatever reason you deleted achievement reward Honorary Brewmaster Keg before it was added to your toy collection, you can buy it from The Metal Paw (provided you have this achievement).
