Power Is Beautiful

If you're here because you've just learned the rank 4 essence from A Bolt from the Blue and you aren't receiving credit for Power Is Beautiful, you need a learn any rank of any other essence. Since I don't pvp much, I was able to purchase one from the Boralus pvp vendor [npc=143560] for 5x [item=137642]. Buy one of the rank 1 essences, take it back to the Heart Forge, learn it, and you'll received credit for the achievement.

Unlike it has been said in some posts that this is now impossible, and should be turned into legacy, I've managed to win this achievement today. There is still a rank 4 essence obtainable and it comes from the quest A Bolt from the Blue. There are some questlines to be done for it to be available, though (see on the page or use the addon BTWQuests, BfA section). After I've infused the rank 4 essence on the forge, the achievement didn't pop. I've only earned it today after learning another rank 2 essence that I still didn't have, and then the achievement for the rank 4 instantly triggered (I had the rank 4 essence equipped on the heart of azeroth when I consumed the new rank 2 essence, don't know if that matters).
