bugged? I put only rank 2s into every slot and got this achieve even though it states "rank 3 or higher"

Apply an Essence of rank 3 or higher into every slot of the Heart of Azeroth.

If you upgrade an essence to rank 3 that is already equipped, it will not trigger this achievement. I had to equip a different essence (was rank 1) and then equip my rank 3 essence into that slot again in order to trigger it.
It's not "Unlock all rank 3 essences".
It's "Place a rank 3 essence into at least every slot of your HoA for all for slots"
That is, you get ONE R3 essence, place it inside each of the 4 slots and it will unlock the achievement.
