Fun fact: This is the first time since the achievement system was implemented in Wrath of the Lich King that reaching Exalted with a raid faction does not grant a title.
The two raid factions since the achievement system are the [faction=1156] associated with [zone=4812] and the [faction=1204] associated with [zone=5723]. Both granted titles upon reaching Exalted, [title=176] and [title=267] respectively.
The last raid reputation that did not have a title upon reaching Exalted overall, were the [faction=1012] associated with the [zone=3959] back in The Burning Crusade.

Worth nothing that the Scale of the Sands, associated with The Battle for Mount Hyjal raid instance was of the same tier as Black Temple, and also did not have a title connected with it upon reaching exalted. However, upon completing The Vials of Eternity (not this one), one would be granted the title "Hand of A'dal".
Now we just need to know the best ways to gain Rep with this faction, if there are any beyond running Throne over & over again..
