No, it's not a Homestar Runner reference. People need to stop citing what a phrase reminds them of as some pop-culture reference. These posts are even worse than the painfully obvious ones like the Einstein on the Kicking Nass and Taking Manes (quest) page. OH, REALLY? It's a (crappy and lazy) pun on the phrase "Kicking ass and taking names? Thanks, Professor!
Being shafted is a phrase that means getting screwed over and they only used it as the title as it relates to arrows, but they chose to call it "Shafted!" and not "ARROWED!", which I would have preferred, and would have ACTUALLY been a Homestar reference.
