Shutout (10 player)

Players can be launched onto the Flame Leviathan from the Demolisher vehicles to take out its turrets. Taking out 2 turrets activates Overload Circuit, which stuns the Leviathan, makes him take 50% more damage and clears the entire stack of Gathering Speed. This achievement requires the raid to ignore this mechanic. The ever-increasing speed of the boss which must be kited means this is a DPS race.

Okay, to be honest, my guild and i weren't aiming for this achievement.

Firstly to get this achievement, you must not destroy both of the turrets, however, you can destroy one of the four turrets to minimize the damage taken. Sure, a turret only hits for 800 but he keeps on firing, so if you count it all up, taking 1 of the 4 turrets down isn't such a bad idea.

Secondly, the Boss, Flame Leviathan will mostly focus and come after a Salvaged siege engine. I am not saying he won't come for a Salvaged Demolisher, but he'll less likely go for a Demolisher than a siege engine. Uptil now, i've only seen him go once, for 30 seconds, for a Salvaged Chopper.

Once you've engaged in battle, you will always want the boss's focus target to be kitting him (we kitted him like Grobby from Naxx. around the square) that meas, siege engines use Steam Rush, and demolishers use Increased Speed. Once you've got the kitting sorted out, you want demolishers to stack Hurl Pyrite Barrel on the boss, this is a very nice DoT that will tick for 100 000 dmg after stacking it for about 14 times. Demolishers, you won't have enough ammo to stack the DoTs and use Increased Speed that is why it is very important that wingmen on the demolishers shoot down the flying "bombers" that keep on circling above your heads during the fight. Once you have shot down these things, you're gonna want to use Grab Crate, that will replenish your ammo by 50%.

After stacking a few stacks of DoTs, 1 of the 2 wingmen that are on the Demolishers' is gonna want to load him/herself into the canon and be shot out by the driver of the Demolisher towards the boss. Once this person is on the boss, you will want him to take down the turrets, but leave at least 1 up and running, but by taking down 3 of the turrets, the boss wil be receiving 150% extra damage. It is recommended that you shoot a dps that can heal him/herself while dpsing the turrets (ret pally, s.priest, druid...).

While that dps is hacking the turrets, i advise to have one of the hog riders to unmount and replace that dps on the Demolisher he was shot out of, so that he can shoot down the "bombers" and grab the ammo.

Once 3 turrets are down, keep kitting him, and burn him. The dps that was on the boss hacking away at the turrets should try and get to the chopper, that was left behind, as fast as he can so that he doesn't die.

Siege engines are also gonna want to use Electroshock when the boss starts casting his Flame Vents, by doing that, you won't take 30 000 damage ( Flame Vents = Inflicts 3 000 Fire damage every 1 second to enemies within 50 yards of the caster. Lasts 10 seconds.)

That should get you the achievement, and a bonus achievement for the sneaky turret killing dps, "Take out those turrets"
