The boss has 4 turrets on him. People are shot up on top of him from one the demolisher.
Once up there you destroy a turret and a "switch" is uncovered, if you click this switch it slows the boss down, increase damage to the boss by 50% for about 10 seconds.
Basically to get this achievement you do not click the buttons.
This is very easily doable.

You get this achievement when his speed buff is not dispelled, meaning no one killed the turrets on top of him.
Did this achievement without even realizing you could destroy the turrets then resulting in a Shutdown. Anywho, this achievement isn't difficult at all. Just kite better. :P
