Unlock [spell=388945] at 5 reputation level with [faction=2510]
Small dragon appears near you and gives you a quest To Dragonbane Keep!
Go to the area near the [npc=194922] and [npc=194404]
/way 30.51 77.91 start of the Siege on Dragonbane Keep in The Waking Shores
And wait for the event to start. The Boss will shout that the Siege will begin soon.

Search for the 3 Stone Tablet to complete the achievement

To unlock Siege on Dragonbane Keep scenario you need to earn rank 5 renown with [faction=2510].
After earning you will be able to join the scenario in The Waking Shores. Related quest will also pop up for the first time.
Now you need to find and interact with all 3 stone tablet to earn the achievement.
