The achievement title is a reference to the Seinfeld episode where Frank Costanza uses the phrase "Serenity Now!" in an attempt to keep his blood pressure down. Kramer also makes the attempt to stay calm later in the episode.
Serenity Now is a reference and meme that far predates the wow funeral, it's from a Seinfeld episode from 1997 called "The Serenity Now". Per Wikipedia: "An instructional tape advises Frank Costanza to say "serenity now" every time he gets angry in order to keep his blood pressure down."
