TheWoWDBIf you did all you needed to do for the world quest and it doesn't immediately give you the reward (like all world quests are supposed to do), zone out and back in. I went back to Dornogal on the zeppelin and zoned immediately back into the Siren Isle and it completed. Annoying and silly that this bug exists, but at least there is an easy enough workaround.
