Since [npc=13217] at the Alliance AV camp in [zone=36] sells this mount*, and because it's now purchased with Honor alone, you can earn this Achievement without so much as setting foot in [zone=2597]. You don't even have to PvP, since you earn Honor from killing WotLK dungeon bosses while Alliance has control of Wintergrasp.
*It's also sold by [npc=13216] in Alterac Valley.
